On the day the first concentration camp in Dachau opened, where the Never Again Monument stands. We replicate it for the power of symbolism, we organize, dressed as the monument, in black & white with “barbwire” (paint, jewelry, black clothing etc.) and we stand on strike until change happens! Resembling the monument state by state. Possibly in silence, possibly chosen speakers. Still my baby concept. Start with local murals & bracelets to spread the movement, raise funds.
