50501 San Jose invites you to join our fifth peaceful march and protest against Trump Administration abuses, Project 2025, and corruption on Saturday April 19th at McKinley Statue in St. James Park starting at 12pm.
Please bring your own food and water, hat, sunscreen, signs (write on front and back if possible), and carpool or use mass transportation wherever possible.
St. James Park is located at 180 N. First St., San Jose, CA 95113.
It is a 26 minute walk from the San Jose Diridon Station and is at the S. James station on the VTA light rail Blue and Green lines.
Parking is available on the street and at the following nearby locations:
Free Parking at 232 N. 3rd St.SP+ Park Parking at 95 N. Third St. (first 90 minutes free)
Market & San Pedro Square Garage, 45 N. Market St. (first 90 minutes free)

Bernie Sanders, Alexandria, Ocasio-Cortez, and musical guests rally in Los Angeles’ Grant Park to fight oligarchy in the United States.
On March 28, 2025 District 5 congressman Tom McClintock met with “50 invited guests” at a private luncheon, and yet he will not meet with his constituents. He is quoted as saying “In DOGE we trust” at this event, referencing their supposed achievements.
Trump, Musk, and their billionaire cronies are gutting Social Security, slashing Medicaid, and looting our government to bankroll their latest tax scam, unless we stop them.
The fact that McClintock has to hide behind closed doors in private events shows that he knows what’s going on is wrong, and that he is scared. If he were proud of this administration’s accomplishments he’d be celebrating in the streets.
McClintock’s office continues to avoid phone calls and emails so it’s time to show up again.
This is a peaceful event. We will first address our concerns with The Congressman’s staff, then hold a protest on the sidewalk in front of their building.
